番茄LeCIPK3 的克隆及非生物胁迫诱导的表达分析

摘 要:

CIPK 是植物钙感受器蛋白钙调磷酸酶 B 类似蛋白特定靶向的一类丝氨酸 / 苏氨酸蛋白激酶。采用同源基因克隆法, 在番茄叶中克隆了一个与AtCIPK3 处于同一亚组的基因, 命名为LeCIPK3。表达分析表明, LeCIPK3 主要在根和花中表达, 在叶中的表达受脱落酸、聚乙二醇及低温的诱导, 可能在番茄多种胁迫抗性中起重要作用。

Cloning and Expression Analysis of LeCIPK3 in Tomato Seedlings under Abiotic Stress

Abstract:

CIPK (calcineurin B-like proteins-interacting protein kinase), a plant-specific family of serine-threonine protein kinase, is specifically targeted by calcineurin B-like proteins. The degenerate primers were designed on the basis of a highly conserved region in N terminal of CIPK family. A CIPK gene, which was assigned into the same sub-group as AtCIPK3, was cloned from tomato leaves and named as LeCIPK3. The expression analysis showed LeCIPK3 had highest expression level in flowers and roots under the normal condition, while it could be induced in leaves by abscisic acid, polyethylene glycol and cold. These results suggested that LeCIPK3 might be involved in many types of abiotic stresses.
